It was released on October 19, 2010, through Manchester Orchestra's own label Favorite Gentlemen Recordings. Five songs on the album were written by Kevin Devine, with the other five written by Andy Hull. Each are the main vocalist on their respective songs. 　　The album was recorded at Manchester Orchestra's own studio by band member Robert McDowell.
